The Big Gold Medal (大きな金メダル Ōkina Kinmedaru) is an award that can be obtained by Ryo Hazuki in the game Shenmue II.
How to Obtain[]
After obtaining the Big Silver Medal and catching the Duck from Man Mo Temple, Ryo can have the duck participate in the Duck Race by meeting with Izumi Takano at the Tomato Convenience Store.
Each race costs $50, and Ryo's ducks stats will improve with every race. Once it reaches 1st place Ryo will recieve the Big Gold Medal.
Use[]
It doesn't seem to have any purpose and seems to simply exist for bragging rights, although it may have been intended to be carried over and useful somehow in the original vision of Shenmue III.
