Datong Liu (劉大同 Liu Da Tong) is on guard duty at the Verdant Bridge within Bailu Village, Guilin in the game Shenmue III. On patrol he is usually accompanied by Shiren Wang.

Due to the rise in gang violence within Bailu Village, Datong and Shiren are both guarding the entrance at the Verdant Bridge.
Later when Ryo Hazuki defeats the Blue Spiders leader Yanlang, both Datong Liu and Shiren Wang support by keeping Yanlang captive in the Meeting Hall at the Hermit’s Nest.
