Excite QTE 2 is a Mini-Game that is playable in the games Shenmue and Shenmue II. A different variation of the game Excite QTE 3 is available in Shenmue III.

The cost for Excite QTE 2 is ¥100 in Yokosuka, and $5 in Hong Kong. The game will test players QTE skills with quick button prompts appearing on the screen. You must press the correct button prompt in the allotted time, the quicker the button is activated the more points can be accumilated. You only have 3 chances to miss before the game ends. A Mini QTE capsule toy can be obtained by getting a score of 300,000+.
