Fenglin Xuan (宣 風林 Xuān Fēng Lín ) is a darts player who gambles at Fortune's Eatery and Pine Game Arcade in the game Shenmue II. He is also a friend of young Heavens members Wong and Zhongshi Dai.
Shenmue II[]
Ryo Hazuki can play darts against Fenglin to gamble for money.
Fenglin can also be seen with Wong and Zhongshi eating ice cream next to the Fu Hoi Diner while Ryo is looking for Wong to retrieve his bag that was stolen by him. Once Ryo spots Wong, he orders Fenglin and Zhongshi to help him by stopping Ryo. The two fail to stop him and he goes after Wong. (This scene is triggered if three or more Quick Time Events during the chase with Wong are failed, after the first QTE where Wong throws the marbles.)
