Kangda Zhu (竹康大) is a member of the Chi You Men.
Shenmue II[]
Kangda is first seen on the first floor of the Dancing Dragon Building. Ryo Hazuki gives him the password "Dragon's Don't Sleep", then Kangda tells him to go up the stairs.
When Ryo infiltrates the Yellow Head Building, he encounters Kangda and other black suited Chi You Men members several times.
