The Thousand White Building is one of the largest buildings in the Thousand White Quarter, Kowloon having 12 floors and 2 basements. Most of the floors are apartments but a few places hide shops. Everywhere is accessible by the stairs except access to Basement Level 1 from floor 1. There is an elevator which stops at B1, 3F, 6F, 9F and 12F and also access to the Ghost Hall Building on floors 3 and 6 by the stairs located nearest the elevators. The Thousand White Warehouse can also be accessed from the 1st floor.
As revealed later in the game, the basement of the building has secret access to the Yellow Head Building.
