Zhou Yue (越舟 Yuè zhōu) is a member of the Chi You Men.
Shenmue II[]
Zhou is first seen after the Yellow Heads capture Yuanda Zhu's aide Shuqin Zhang at the Dou Jiang Diner where he's escorting him with Guanguan Yuan in the White Dynasty Quarter. After Ryo beats up a lot of Yellow Head members to get to them, Zhou is shocked, then Yuan trys to hit Ryo in the back with a pipe, until he trips him. Without anyone seeing, Xiuying Hong knocks out Zhou and all the other Yellow Head members, leaving Yuan to cowardly flee afterwards.
He is seen later on the rooftop of the Yellow Head Building attempting to hand Yuanda Zhu over to Lan Di, until Ren knocks him out while Ryo and the others save Zhu.

- Zhou's zodiac sign is Capricorn and he has a A blood type.
- Some fans have said that Zhou is the Man in Black Suit B that appeared when Iwao Hazuki was murdered due to them having a striking physical resemblance, but interestingly enough they have completely different ages, birthdays, weights, heights, blood types, and zodiac signs. It is unknown and unconfirmed if Zhou is actually that man.
