Gangfang Lin (林 岡芳 Lín Gāng Fāng) is a businessman that appears at Aberdeen, Hong Kong and Wan Chai, Hong Kong in the game Shenmue II.
Shenmue II[]
Gangfang can be first seen as the bookie for the street fights at the upper floor of Pine Game Arcade in the Golden Quarter, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. He is then seen again as a bookmaker for the Duck Race when Izumi Takano takes Ryo Hazuki there after he defeats her at Pine Game Arcade.
Gangfang is also a partner in Yuan and the Yellow Head gang's backroom deals. He can be seen making a deal with Yuan and his men when Wuying Ren takes Ryo to the F Warehouse. Ren interrupts their deal by turning off the lights, knocking out Gangfang and Yellow Head member Bao Zhu and stealing the money, leaving Ryo to deal with Yuan and the other Yellow Heads. This scene only happens if the player succeeds the Command QTE where Ren attacks Ryo when the first meet.
Shenmue the Animation[]

Gangfang briefly appears in Shenmue the Animation Episode 9. He is seen in a warehouse making a deal with Yuan. Until Ren knocks Gangfang and Bao out, steals the money and runs off with it, leaving Ryo to deal with Yuan and the Yellow Heads.
