Gao, full name possibly Mumu Gao, is a member of a gang of thugs who cause trouble in Bailu Village. He is a antagonist in Shenmue III. In the Story Quest Pack DLC, he along with Anyan Li and the gang's leader Yanlang join the Blue Spiders gang.

- The only time Gao and Anyan Li's names are mentioned in the game is in the Story Quest Pack DLC when Junwu Mai says "Gao and Li made a run for it!". They never reveal which one is which. However, through viewing the game's files, you can see that "Gao" is the big long-haired guy, and "Li" is the thin bald guy. Also in the game's files, it states that Li's first name is "Anyan" and that Gao's is "mumu", although it is unclear if "mumu" is actually Gao's first name, as it's all in lower-case letters.[1]
- Gao bears a strong resemblance to Koji Yabe, a motorcycle gang member in the first Shenmue.
