The Harbor Cafeteria (港湾食堂 Kōwan Shokudō) is located at the New Yokosuka Harbor District, Yokosuka, Japan in the game Shenmue. It is a long cafeteria filled with tables and chairs for the workers to sit and eat hot food served by the head chef, Tomi Maruyama. The food is said to taste bland, but be healthy because of it.
