Hazuki Ishigaki (石垣はづき, born July 12th, 1978) is a Japanese voice actress and former actress from Hokkaido. Ishigaki was the Japanese voice actress for Shenhua Ling in the games Shenmue and Shenmue II. She did not reprise her role as Shenhua in Shenmue III and Shenmue the Animation, and was replaced by Haruka Terui.

- Ishigaki would dress up as Shenhua during press events and commercials for the first two games, along with Masaya Matsukaze dressing up as Ryo Hazuki and Takumi Hagiwara dressing up as Wuying Ren.
