The Hong Kong Arrival Dock is a ship dock for passengers to Hong Kong. It is the first area visited in Shenmue II and is home to many opportunists and con-artist attempting to make a quick buck off of unsuspecting tourists. The area is also home to the Free Stay Lodge, a local homeless shelter, when Ryo leaves the area he cannot return for the rest of the game.
