Huang is a unseen wiretapper who lives in Room 902 on the 9th floor of the Tea Break Building, Dimsum Quarter, Kowloon.

Ryo Hazuki visits his room after being lead there by Wuying Ren when they are trying to investigate clues about Dou Niu, the Yellow Heads and Yuanda Zhu. Huang is never seen in his room, but his bin filled with discarded cassette tapes helps Ryo and Ren find the clues they are looking for.
