Ikue Ōtani, the Japanese voice actress for Fangmei in Shenmue II.
Ikue Ōtani (大谷 育江 Ōtani Ikue, born August 18th, 1965) is a Japanese actress and voice actress. Ōtani was the Japanese voice actress for Fangmei Xun in the game Shenmue II. She is best known for her roles in the Pokémon series (as Pikachu), One Piece (as Tony Tony Chopper), Detective Conan (as Mitsuhiko Tsuburaya) and My 3 Daughters (as Fu).
