Ikue Ōtani is a Japanese actress and voice actress. Ōtani was the Japanese voice actress for Fangmei Xun in Shenmue II. She is best known for her roles in the Pokémon series (as Pikachu), One Piece (as Tony Tony Chopper), Detective Conan (as Mitsuhiko Tsuburaya) and My 3 Daughters (as Fu).
