Kai Lu (呂 凱 Lu Kai ) is a member of the Yellow Heads in the game Shenmue II.
Shenmue II[]
Kai is first seen as one of the Yellow Head members Ryo Hazuki has to battle in the White Dynasty Quarter in Wan Chai, trying to prevent him from rescuing the kidnapped Shuqin Zhang.
Later, during Ryo and Wuying Ren's infiltration of the Yellow Head Building in Kowloon, Kai is one of the members standing guard on the 6th floor, who the player will have to battle if Ryo is caught by the flickering lights. He is later among the members that will ambush Ryo if he goes the wrong way on the 14th floor, during the QTE sequence while being chased by Yuan.
Shenmue the Animation[]
Kai as he appears in the anime.
Kai appears in Shenmue the Animation Episode 9. He is a part of the group of Yellow Heads, led by Yuan and Guanguan Yuan who attempt to capture Zhang, but are stopped by Ryo and Xiuying Hong.
