Kazuhiro Tsuboi is a Japanese voice actor and assistant director. Tsuboi was the Japanese voice actor for Tom Johnson in Shenmue. He also was the assistant director of the motion capture unit for Shenmue II. In the credits for Shenmue II, he was credited as Kazuhiro Tsuboy.
