Lapis Fortune Teller (ラピス Rapisu) is a fortuneteller's located in Dobuita, Yokosuka, Japan in the game Shenmue. Originally the shop was a grocery store, but it was turned into a fortuenteller's when the owner, Natsumi Sakuragi's parents died in a traffic accident. The shop opens at 10:00 AM and closes at midnight. It is also the only fortuneteller location in the first Shenmue.

Ryo Hazuki can have his fortune read for ¥300 per reading. These are the types of readings available:
- Future - This gives Ryo a clue as to what will happen to him in the future.
- Clue - This gives Ryo a clue as to where he should be going to next.
- Gamble - This will give Ryo a lucky number for the day, which corresponds to a slot machine in the Slot House that should give winning games more often.
