The Letter To Father (親父宛の手紙 Oyaji Ate No Tegami, lit. "Letter To My Father") is an item received in the game Shenmue. The letter was sent by Yuanda Zhu to Iwao Hazuki.
The Letter[]
Four days after Iwao's death, Ine-san picks up a letter addressed to him. She keeps it to herself, but eventually passes it onto Ryo Hazuki. It is written in ancient Chinese so Ryo has it translated. The telephone number on the letter (0468-61-5647) directs Ryo to Master Chen and Guizhang Chen.
