MJQ Jazz Bar is a bar owned and run by Takeshi Hirai, which is located in Dobuita, Yokosuka. The bar attracts both locals and foreign sailors, and Takeshi can always be seen behind the bar. Ryo Hazuki goes to MJQ when he is searching for sailors. He asked two men playing pool if they were sailors. One of them challenges Ryo to a game of Billiards, If Ryo wins they inform him that the sailors he is after visit Heartbeats bar.
