Masaya Matsukaze (松風 雅也 Matsukaze Masaya, born Masaya Watanabe (渡邉 政也 Watanabe Masaya), September 9, 1976) is an Japanese actor, voice actor, and radio personality. Matsukaze is the Japanese voice actor for Ryo Hazuki in the Shenmue game series and he provided the motion capture for him. He also is the Japanese voice actor for Ryo in Shenmue the Animation.

- Matsukaze would dress up as Ryo during press events and commercials for the first two games, along with Takumi Hagiwara dressing up as Wuying Ren, and Hazuki Ishigaki as Shenhua Ling.
- The original jacket he wore was available as a reward for donating $10,000 to the Shenmue III kickstarter and was claimed within minutes.
- Matsukaze is the Japanese voice actor for Ryo in all forms of Shenmue media, games and anime. The other case of this is Takahiro Sakurai as the Japanese voice actor for Lan Di.
