The New Yokosuka Harbor (新横須賀港) is a large harbor located in the Amihama District of Yokosuka. The port is home to a large shipping company operated by the Alpha Trading Co. and is home to both Japanese and United States naval bases.
The area is home to many foreign sailors whose travels to Dobuita at night help to bolster Yokosuka's local economy. A subset of these sailors have become involved in criminal activity and formed a gang called The Mad Angels, who extort money out of the harbor workers.
