Once Ryo has proved to the scout his skill in street fighting, the scout gives Ryo this photo and tells him to defeat him, along with Greg More and Chunyan Xu, only then will he assist Ryo into entering the Yellow Head Building.
Use[]
The photo is used to question the location of Rod Stunt and gain access to the fight by showing it to Guston Hymer who guards the entrance to the arena at the Phoenix Building.
