Willing to help Ryo on his quest, to reach Yuanda Zhu from within the Yellow Head Building, he recommends for Ryo search for a Yuandao Huo - a scout who lurks around street fighting events to look for new recruits for the Yellow Heads. Kai provides Ryo with a photo identify the scout.
