This photograph of Wong can be obtained by entering The Big Catch Tackle Shop on Queen's Street, Aberdeen anytime after Ryo's bag has been retrieved while still in before leaving Wan Chai in Shenmue II (Disc 1 and 2 for the original Dreamcast versions).
The photo shows Wong showing off a fish he has caught. The owner of the shop Mengyuan Zhong gave Wong a fishing rod he had left over and Wong gave him the photo to show off his catch due to him being really happy about it. Mengyuan gave Ryo the photo because he thought he was looking for Wong because he stole from him.
