Sega Amusement Machine Research and Development Department 2 (commonly known as Sega-AM2) is a research and development team for Sega.
AM2 developed Shenmue, Shenmue II and the Virtua Fighter series. Yu Suzuki, the creator of the Shenmue series and Virtua Fighter was the first manager of the department.
