Shaoqi Li (李少奇 Li Shao Qi) is a member of the Yellow Heads.
Shenmue II[]
Shaoqi only appears in events with the Yellow Heads such as the free battle in Dou Jiang Diner and the QTE battle at the stands when Shuqin Zhang is captured in Wan Chai.
Shenmue the Animation[]
Shaoqi appears in Shenmue the Animation. In Episode 7, he is one of the Yellow Heads that demand money from Zongquan Bai and fight him, but is easily defeated.
