Shaoqi Li (李 少奇 Li Shao Qi) is a member of the Yellow Heads in the game Shenmue II.
Shenmue II[]
Shaoqi is one of the Yellow Heads that barge into the Dou Jiang Diner to capture Yuanda Zhu's aide Shuqin Zhang. Ryo Hazuki defeats Shaoqi and the other Yellow Heads accompanying him in a free battle, but other Yellow Heads caught Zhang and headed towards the stands at the White Dynasty Quarter. Once Ryo heads there, he fights off Shaoqi and several other Yellow Heads in a QTE battle and eventually, rescues Zhang.
In Kowloon, he and Lu Zhang ambush Ryo when he finds Dou Niu's room in the Dancing Dragon Building.
Later, at the Ghost Hall Building, when Ryo and Wuying Ren finally meet face to face with Yuanda Zhu; Shaoqi, Yuan, Dou Niu and other Yellow Heads were following them, and end up catching Zhu and hold him captive at the Yellow Head Building.
When Ryo and Ren later infiltrate the Yellow Head Building to rescue Zhu, Shaoqi is seen as one of the members trying to stop them when they are being chased by Yuan on the 16th floor.
Shenmue the Animation[]

Shaoqi appears in Shenmue the Animation. In Episode 7, he is one of the Yellow Heads that demand money from Zongquan Bai and fight him, but they are all easily defeated by Zongquan.
In Episode 9, after several Yellow Head members grab Zhang at the Dou Jiang Diner; Shaoqi and Yang Fan attempt to attack Ryo, but they, and the other Yellow Heads inside the restaurant are defeated by Ryo.
In Episode 11, Shaoqi and Minglu Wang accompany Yuan to capture Yuanda Zhu at the Ghost Hall Building. Yuan orders Minglu and Shaoqi to grab Zhu, but he takes them both out with his cane. Then Yuan uses his knife to slice Zhu's cane in half, making Zhu at his mercy.
