The Stab Armor move scroll is written in Chinese which [[Ryo Hazuki] can't read, in order for it to be translated Ryo needs to arrange a meeting with Guizhang Chen at the Warehouse No. 8 (Old Yokosuka Harbor District) - Which requires you to use the phone and call 0468-61-5647 (In Shenmue I & II the last digit is removed).
