Lu Tang (born January 31st, 1927) is a fortuneteller that works at Godhead Fortuneteller's in Scarlet Hills. He is the husband of Ling Ya Xian.
His method of prediction is using sticks, so it's possible he is using the practice of Kau Cim. It costs $20 per reading and Lu will become irate if Ryo Hazuki goes into the shop with no intention of having a reading done.
