Teruhiko Saijo (西条輝彦 Saijō Teruhiko) is the bartender of Bar Yokosuka in Dobuita.
Background
He used to travel around the world as a navigation officer when he was young. Teruhiko later decided to end his connections with the industry after he had a dispute with his company over money. He once visited the Bar Yokosuka by chance and immediately fell in love with the place. He has been working as a bartender there ever since.
Personality
Teruhiko, unlike the other bartenders in Dobuita, is very kind to Ryo Hazuki and tries his best to help him out whenever he needs it. Teruhiko also excels at making cocktails and frequently develops his own originals.
