Wei Dian (典偉 Dian Wei) is a member of the Yellow Heads.
Shenmue II[]
Wei is first seen as one of the "landsharks" threatening Guixiang Lee in front of the Yan Tin Apartments.
Wei, Zheng and Shiren threatening Zhengye.
He is seen again along with Zheng Chun and Shiren Fu threatening a young boy selling ducks named Zhengye Luo and demanding money from him. They are stopped by Ryo Hazuki depending on if the Command QTE is failed or not.
Wei is seen later on with Zheng at Man Mo Bistro. They beat up the owner Deming Rong. Chun says that the waitress, Lijuan Wei served them "garbage" to eat. Fangmei Xun intervenes saying that she'll fight them outside. Chun says her voice is kind of "shaky" and attempts to beat her up until Ryo stops him. Ryo beats the Yellow Heads up, then throws them out the restaurant. He tells them to stay away from Fangmei and the restaurant.

Wei as he appears in the anime.
Wei appears in Shenmue the Animation. In Episode 7, he is one of the Yellow Heads that demand money from Zongquan Bai and fights him and Ryo, but is easily defeated.
