Wei Dian (典 偉 Dian Wei) is a member of the Yellow Heads in the game Shenmue II.
Shenmue II[]
Wei, Zheng and Shiren threatening Zhengye.
Wei is first seen as one of the "landsharks" threatening Guixiang Lee in front of the Yan Tin Apartments.
If Ryo Hazuki sets up the Chawan Sign at the Bai Jiu Stand, Wei is seen again along with Zheng Chun and Shiren Fu threatening a young boy selling ducks named Zhengye Luo and demanding money from him. They are stopped by Ryo depending on if the Command QTE is failed or not.
Wei is seen later on with Zheng at Man Mo Bistro. They beat up the owner Deming Rong. Chun says that the waitress, Lijuan Wei served them "garbage" to eat. Fangmei Xun intervenes saying that she'll fight them outside. Chun says her voice is kind of "shaky" and attempts to beat her up until Ryo stops him. Ryo beats the Yellow Heads up, then throws them out the restaurant. He tells them to stay away from Fangmei and the restaurant
Wei is encountered in several events with the Yellow Heads.
Shenmue the Animation[]

Wei appears as an antagonist in Shenmue the Animation. In Episode 7, he is one of the Yellow Heads that demand money from Zongquan Bai and fights him and Ryo, but is easily defeated.
In Episode 9, Wei along with Zheng and Shiren accompany Yuan when Guanguan Yuan has Shuqin Zhang in his custody and are prepared to leave, until Ryo defeats all the Yellow Heads inside the Dou Jiang Diner that were attempting to hold him back. Wei, Zheng, Shiren and Guanguan are all knocked out by Xiuying Hong unseen, leaving Yuan to cowardly flee.
In Episode 10, Wei, Zheng and Yang Fan accompany Dou Niu when they're about to fight Ryo on the rooftop of the Ghost Hall Building, until Xiuying arrives. In Episode 11, Dou Niu orders Wei, Zheng and Yang to get rid of Xiuying, but they're effortlessly defeated by her.
