Xing Guan (関 興 Guan Xing) is a member of the Yellow Heads in the game Shenmue II.

Xing can seemingly only be seen at one specific point in the game, during the QTE chase sequence while running away from Yuan when he is chasing Ryo Hazuki and Wuying Ren with a chainsaw on the 16th floor of the Yellow Head Building. Xing attempts to stop them both, but is attacked and easily dispatched by Ren.
