Yang Fan (範 陽 Fan Yang) is a member of the Yellow Heads in the game Shenmue II.
Shenmue II[]
Yang is seen as one of the several Yellow Head members that try to stop Ryo Hazuki at the stands in the White Dynasty Quarter, when they capture Yuanda Zhu's aide Shuqin Zhang. They are defeated by Ryo.
He is later seen in Kowloon, as part of the group Ryo must fight on the rooftop of the Ghost Hall Building (after Dou Niu and Yuan have followed Ryo and Wuying Ren to Yuanda Zhu's office, and Ryo is pushed out of the window). Ryo is defeated and knocked out by Dou Niu when he joins the battle, before Ryo is then rescued by Xiuying Hong.
Shenmue the Animation[]

Yang appears in Shenmue the Animation. In Episode 9, after several Yellow Head members grab Zhang at the Dou Jiang Diner; Yang and Shaoqi Li attempt to attack Ryo, but they, and the other Yellow Heads inside the restaurant are defeated by Ryo.
In Episode 10, Yang, Zheng Chun and Wei Dian accompany Dou Niu when they're about to fight Ryo on the rooftop of the Ghost Hall Building, until Xiuying arrives. In Episode 11, Dou Niu orders Yang, Zheng and Wei to get rid of Xiuying, but they're effortlessly defeated by her.
