Zongquan Letter is a letter written by Zongquan Bai that he has Ryo Hazuki give to his former master Zhoushan Xuan in the game Shenmue II. Zongquan wanted to give Zhoushan the letter after learning from Ryo that Zhoushan blames himself for Zongquan falling onto the wrong path.

After Ryo helps Zongquan with his street performance breaking the stone at the Golden Shopping Mall, Ryo explains he visited Master Zhoushan who blames himself for Zongquan's direction in life. Zongquan trusts Ryo to deliver the letter to Master Zhoushan at the Guang Martial Arts School.
